By booking a class at Studio 3078, you acknowledge and agree to the following no-show policy:

    1. Definition of No-Show

    • Failure to attend a scheduled class without cancelling in accordance with the Cancellation Policy constitutes a no-show.

    • Any cancellation made within one (1) hour of the scheduled class start time will also be deemed a no-show.

    2. Consequences for Casual/Pack Clients

    3. Consequences for Unlimited Members

    • A no-show will result in a $15 non-refundable no-show fee being automatically charged.

    4. Rationale

    • Empty reformers reduce class efficiency and prevent other clients, including those on waitlists, from accessing available spots.

    • This policy ensures fair access to all clients and supports equitable booking practices.

    5. Client Responsibility

    • Clients are solely responsible for managing their bookings and ensuring they cancel in compliance with the Cancellation Policy to avoid no-show fees.

    • Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges at the discretion of Studio 3078.

  • Studio 3078 – Waitlist Policy

By joining a class waitlist at Studio 3078, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

    1. Purpose of the Waitlist

    • Classes are limited to ten (10) participants and frequently reach capacity.

    • The waitlist provides clients with the opportunity to secure a place should a cancellation occur.

    2. Notification and Acceptance

    • If a class position becomes available more than six (6) hours prior to the scheduled start time, clients on the waitlist will be notified by email and/or text message.

    • Upon notification, you may:

    • Accept the position: You will be enrolled in the class and your credit will be applied.

    • Decline the position: Your credit will be reinstated, and the position will be offered to the next client in line.

    • Failure to respond to a notification within the specified timeframe will be treated as acceptance, and your credit will be used.

    3. Automatic Additions (Within 6 Hours of Class)

    • If a class position becomes available within six (6) hours of the scheduled start time, the system may automatically add you to the class.

    • Clients are responsible for monitoring their status in the MINDBODY App and should check regularly, as placement can occur with as little as two (2) hours’ notice.

    • If added within two (2) hours of class and unable to attend, no credit or fee will be applied, as this is considered insufficient notice.

    4. Client Obligations

    • Clients must ensure notification settings in the MINDBODY App are enabled to receive both text and email alerts.

    • Clients are responsible for monitoring their waitlist position in the app.

    • If you no longer wish to attend a class, you must remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid automatic enrolment.

    • If you are enrolled in multiple waitlists and secure a position in one class, you must promptly remove yourself from the others.

    5. Application of Cancellation and No-Show Policies

    • Waitlist bookings are subject to the same cancellation policy and no-show conditions as standard bookings.

    • If added to a class within the six (6) hour cancellation window and you decline the position, your credit will be forfeited.

    • Failure to attend after being added will result in no-show fees being charged in accordance with the No-Show Policy.

    6. General Conditions

    • Clients are solely responsible for managing their waitlist enrolments to avoid forfeited credits or the imposition of fees.

    • Studio 3078 reserves the right to amend the waitlist process and associated terms at any time.

  • Waitlist Capacity

    • Each class permits a maximum of ten (10) confirmed participants.

    • An additional ten (10) clients may join the waitlist.

    • Once the waitlist is full, the class will display as “Class Full”, meaning all ten (10) class positions and all ten (10) waitlist positions are occupied.

    Likelihood of Placement

    • While placement from the waitlist is not guaranteed, cancellations occur frequently and most clients on the waitlist are offered a position.

  • Studio 3078 – Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays can happen, but we ask all clients to plan ahead and arrive early to ensure a safe and smooth class experience.

    1. Standard Policy

    • Studio 3078 operates a five (5) minute late policy.

    • For safety reasons, and to minimise disruption, entry may be refused if you arrive more than five (5) minutes after the scheduled start time.

    • In such cases, your class credit will be forfeited, and your place may be offered to a waitlisted or standby client.

    2. Safety & Class Flow

    • This policy is in place to ensure every client completes the warm-up, reducing risk of injury.

    • It also helps maintain an uninterrupted and positive environment for both instructors and participants.

    3. First-Time Clients

    • If attending your first class, please arrive at least ten (10) minutes early so we can introduce you to the reformer and studio.

    • For safety reasons, new clients will not be permitted to join once a class has commenced.

  • At Studio 3078, we blend the core principles of classical Pilates with dynamic, contemporary movement to deliver a full-body workout that is engaging, energising, and effective.

Each class is thoughtfully designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, creating balance and resilience throughout the body. With regular practice, you can expect to see improvements in flexibility, coordination, core strength, posture, breathing, overall fitness, stability, and mental wellbeing.

  • What to Wear & Bring

    • Activewear: Comfortable clothing such as leggings with a singlet or t-shirt. Choose something you can move freely in, but fitted enough so it won’t get caught in the reformer.

    • Socks: Required for hygiene and safety. Grip socks are recommended (and available for purchase), though regular socks are fine.

    • Essentials: Bring a drink bottle to stay hydrated.

    • Optional: A towel, if you prefer.

Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so your instructor can greet you, show you around, and introduce you to the reformer.

  • Pregnancy & Postnatal Clients

    • Group classes are suitable up to 16 weeks pregnant (with modifications).

    • After 16 weeks, book a 1:1 session with a pre/post-natal instructor to learn safe modifications you can apply in group classes.

    • A medical certificate is required during pregnancy, and a medical clearance is needed before returning post-natally.

    Child-Free Space

    • For safety and respect of all clients, children cannot attend or remain in the studio during class times.

    Phone-Free Zone

    • Please keep phones away during class.

    • If you need to be on call for work, let your instructor know —exceptions can be made.

  • We have bathrooms and water available at the studio so you can fill up your drink bottle. Showers and change room facilities are located downstairs near the car park. Free 3 hour underground carpark onsite.
