Studio 3078 Policies & Guidelines
We want every class to be safe, enjoyable, and accessible. Here’s everything you need to know before booking with us:
Class Sizes & Bookings
Reformer Pilates classes are capped at 10 clients.
Please use the Studio 3078 App or MINDBODY to book and cancel classes.
Payment or an active package is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations
Group classes: Cancel 6+ hours before class to keep your credit.
Late cancellation (within 6 hours): Class credit forfeited.
No-shows: Class credit forfeited + $5 fee (package clients).
Unlimited members: $15 fee for no-shows / $10 fee for late cancellations.
Cancellations via SMS, email, or social media are not accepted.
Emergencies or illness: Email hello@studio3078.com.au (medical certificate required to reinstate class).
Attendance & Punctuality
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can introduce you to the reformer.
We have a strict 5-minute late policy — late entry may be refused, and your credit forfeited.
If you’re late, your spot may go to a waitlisted client.
Waitlists
Join the waitlist for full classes. If a spot opens:
6+ hours before class: You’ll be notified accept or decline.
Within 6 hours: You may be auto-booked with as little as 2 hours’ notice.
Credits are forfeited if you don’t attend after being added.
Only waitlist classes you can realistically attend.
Pregnancy & Medical
Existing clients can join group classes up to 16 weeks pregnant (medical certificate required).
After 16 weeks: book a 1:1 session with a pre/post-natal instructor to learn modifications for group classes.
Post-natal and post-surgery clients must provide medical clearance before returning.
Please disclose injuries or conditions. Instructors may adapt exercises, but may also refuse entry if unsafe.
Memberships & Packages
Unlimited Memberships:
One class per day, bookings up to 6 weeks ahead.
12-week minimum term.
Suspension: Up to 12 weeks per year (min 1 week).
Medical suspensions unlimited with certificate.
14 days’ written notice required to cancel.
Packages:
Monthly = valid 30 days from purchase.
Yearly/Casual = valid 12 months from purchase.
Introductory Offer: 5 classes for $50 (valid 14 days, new clients only, once per person).
Pre-Opening Special: Valid 14 days from first booking.
All passes and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable (except illness/injury with medical certificate).
Refunds (where approved) incur a $10 processing fee.
Studio Etiquette
Minimum class age: 16 years (except mums & bubs).
Children cannot remain in the studio during class.
Phones off during class — unless you’re on call for work, in which case let your instructor know.
Instructors/owners may refuse entry for safety reasons.
Instructors and schedules may change at any time.
Classes may be cancelled if minimum numbers aren’t met — credits will be returned.
Agreement
By booking a class, you agree to follow Studio 3078’s policies and terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how Eleve Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 17 682 445 503), trading as Studio 3078 (“Studio 3078”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, manages, uses, stores, and discloses your personal information in strict compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Studio 3078 takes all reasonable and lawful measures to:
Maintain security, accuracy, and currency of personal information;
Store personal information on secure servers and systems;
Require employees, contractors, and third parties to maintain strict confidentiality.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account login details. Any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure those details remains your responsibility.
Studio 3078 will not be held liable for loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to personal information where we have implemented reasonable security precautions in accordance with applicable law.
5. Photography, Video & Recordings
Classes may be recorded from time to time for quality assurance, training, or promotional purposes.
Photographs, video, or recordings may be used in promotional material.
If you do not consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes, you must notify the instructor or Studio Director in writing prior to the commencement of class.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
We may disclose your personal information to:
Service providers engaged in connection with our operations (e.g., booking platforms, payment processors);
Regulatory authorities, government bodies, or law enforcement agencies, as required by law;
Other third parties, only with your prior consent.
Studio 3078 does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
7. Website & External Links
Our website and app may contain links to external third-party sites. Studio 3078 accepts no responsibility for the privacy practices, data handling, or security measures of external websites once you navigate away from our platform.
8. Updates to This Policy
Studio 3078 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on our website and is effective upon posting.
9. Acceptance of Policy
By booking into a class, using our website, app, or related services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most recent version of this policy.

Studio 3078 – Participation Terms & Liability Waiver
1. Medical Clearance
Prior to commencing any new exercise program or altering your diet, you must seek advice and obtain clearance from a qualified medical practitioner to confirm that it is safe for you to participate in classes offered by Studio 3078.
2. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that all forms of exercise carry inherent risks which may affect your health and safety, and that such risks cannot be entirely eliminated. By participating in Studio 3078 classes, you voluntarily accept and assume these risks.
3. Duty of Disclosure
You agree to immediately disclose to a Studio 3078 instructor or staff member any injury, illness, medical condition, pregnancy, or other limitation that may impact your ability to safely participate. Studio 3078 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request a current medical clearance and to suspend or refuse your participation until such clearance is provided.
4. Compliance with Instructions
You agree to follow all safety directions and instructions given by Studio 3078, its directors, instructors, or staff members. Should you experience pain, discomfort, or distress during a class, you must promptly inform your instructor and cease participation if directed. Studio 3078 reserves the right to deny entry or continued participation where health or safety concerns exist until a valid medical certificate is supplied.
5. No Medical Advice
You acknowledge that Studio 3078 staff, instructors, and contractors are not qualified medical practitioners. Any guidance, cues, or corrections provided during classes are for exercise technique and safety only and must not be relied upon as medical advice.
6. Release & Waiver of Liability
By attending Studio 3078, you:
Accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in classes, whether caused by negligence or otherwise;
Release and forever discharge Studio 3078, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or proceedings connected with your participation;
Agree that you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives will not commence or pursue any claim against Studio 3078 in respect of such matters.
7. Personal Property
You remain solely responsible for your personal belongings. Studio 3078 accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage to property brought onto the premises. Any theft or loss should be reported to staff without delay.
8. Physical Condition
By booking and attending classes, you warrant that you are in a suitable physical condition to participate and that no medical condition, impairment, or disability prevents you from safely engaging in Studio 3078 activities.
9. Agreement
By booking into a class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Participation Terms & Liability Waiver.
